Two car garage parking plus permitted guest parking is so rare, residents don't understand the pain of looking for a parking spot. The building has a 24 security and concierge desk in our stylish lobby that will greet your guests, collect those packages and be at the ready to help you with any concerns.I may be biased because I'm the owner but this home of ours has served us well for over 20 years. We've never had a parking issue even though the parking spaces are unassigned. If you don't believe me, ask any doctor, nurse or late night party person who comes home after most of us are already asleep!I understand the reservation of buying a one bedroom but this unit is the same size as the two bedrooms ones on the courtyard. Our visiting family and friends stay at the nearby inns and vrbo's and enjoy their privacy. Most guests don't come often enough to buy a bigger unit. Save the money you'll spend on higher condo fees and taxes and spend that money on you. We even have storage space in the hall near the unit and a storage space in the patio for the utilities, storage shelves and our extra refrigerator. Your bike will fit in this space if you'd like and we have bike racks in the garage.Our pictures are a pretty good representation of the unit except the patio which during Covid became our secret garden and is overloaded with plants and herbs. Outside the patio, the are is common area but I've made use of the space for over 20 years. Friends and neighbors can socially distance in the courtyard so we gather safely to share a meal or a cocktail. We have a "Rear Window" (sorry, if you don't know that old movie) vibe here because the courtyard is perfect for a neighbor to talk to another neighbor living across the courtyard. The whole condo becomes your neighborhood. We love our neighbors and many are friends. Neighbors here check on your place when you're away, water your plants, and even help walk the dog . We love Fell's Point and are involved in the community and support local events and businesses.Some people say they want to buy one of the town homes in Fell's Point to avoid paying condo fees. Our condo fees include all outside maintenance, a pool, a new and great fitness center, garage parking, and 24 hour security. Town homes eventually need roofs, a monthly paid security system, a 2 car parking pad, a place for your package delivering, a post office box, a parking permit, oh my! Our HVAC system is Less than 2 years old and the windows and patio door are approximately 6 years old.Please know that the condo is a courtyard view. You can walk to the end of the courtyard to see the harbor, the fireworks, the marina but we live in the part of the courtyard that means your view is the courtyard. Also, during Covid I think agents should included room sizes and a virtual tour so buyers can see as much as possible ahead of their in person showing. I'll upload those things as soon as possible.We ask that everyone wear a mask, use the provided booties and take them with you afterwards, try not to touch anything you don't have to and remember this is an occupied unit.
