I’m a Northern Virginia native and after living out of state for a few years I am so happy to be back in my hometown. My kids now go to the school I went to and it was really special to be able to thank the teachers that shaped who I am today. I graduated from Vassar College with a BA in Chemistry and a focus on Quantum Physics (yes I’m a nerd). I worked for the U.S. EPA and after having kids, switched over to fundraising. I truly believe in the importance of giving back – both globally and locally – so when we moved back to Virginia, I got involved with a number of community organizations.

So how did I make the jump into real estate? I found my friends coming to me for advice on their own properties before I was an agent because they knew I have a keen eye for detail and can see potential in a space. Plus I love to negotiate!

After my first client bought her home and hearing how she felt about the experience I knew I found what I was meant to do. I loved seeing what it meant to her to own a home and knowing that I helped her do something she didn’t think was possible. It was so incredibly rewarding to be a part of that and to watch her turn that house into a home.

My goal is to make the entire process smooth and enjoyable for everyone by providing exceptional service and going above and beyond. Clients have said when things get rough, I’m their calming force (thank you yoga!). I would love the opportunity to bring the same value to you whether you are finding your next dream home or preparing your current one for sale. I look forward to being a part of your journey.
